Terms & Conditions
Appointments & Booking Fees
A booking fee may be required to secure an appointment. Booking fees secure appointment time only and are non-refundable in line with our cancellation policy.
Appointments cancelled or changed within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged in full. Failure to attend an appointment, arriving more than 10 minutes late, or failure to book required consultations or patch tests will result in the full treatment amount being charged.
No refunds are offered. Where applicable, cancelled appointments may receive account credit only, at the clinic’s discretion.
-
Consultations & Medical Treatments
Certain treatments, including prescription-only treatments, require a separate medical consultation. Consultation fees paid to prescribers are not booking fees and are subject to the prescriber’s own terms.
Clients undergoing medical treatment or with relevant medical conditions must contact the clinic before booking to ensure suitability.
Treatment suitability cannot be guaranteed and is assessed on an individual basis.
-
Treatment Outcomes & Expectations
All aesthetic and skin treatments involve individual variation in response and results. While treatments are carried out to the highest professional standards, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Results may vary depending on factors including skin condition, medical history, lifestyle, aftercare compliance, and individual healing response. Skin Deep Skin & Laser Clinic does not guarantee specific results and is not responsible for treatment outcomes where services have been provided appropriately and in line with professional standards.
Clients are responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment advice provided.
-
Practitioner Allocation & Independent Practitioners
Skin Deep Skin & Laser Clinic works with both employed and self-employed practitioners.
Laurie is a self-employed practitioner working independently within the clinic. Treatments and consultations provided by self-employed practitioners are subject to their own professional terms, clinical judgement, and policies.
Skin Deep Skin & Laser Clinic is not responsible for the services, treatment outcomes, terms, or refunds relating to treatments provided by self-employed practitioners.
Practitioner allocation and treatment acceptance are at the clinic’s discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where it is deemed unsuitable or where professional rapport cannot be established.
